LOBSTER COVE is a 10 hectares (25 acres) gated development overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This tract of land consist of rolling and descending 22 lots starting at a height of 50 meters (160 feet) (lot #1) and ends at a height of 3 meters (10 feet) above sea level (lot #16).
There are 3 phases in the development:
I High Lots with Outstanding Ocean View: 10 lots with areas between 2000 and 2600 sq meters (0.5 to 0.64 acres) overlooking the pacific ocean. These home sites are on average 30 to 50 meters (98 to 160 feet) above sea level.
II Beach Front Lots: 6 lots with areas between 2500 and 3300 sq meters (0.62 to 0.82 acres) These home sites are located on hill tops of 3 to 25 meters (10 to 82 feet high) directly above the beach. The beach in front of these lots is 1,270 feet long.
III Tropical View Lots: 6 lots with areas between 2000 and 4500 square meters (0.5 to 1.1 acres). Some of these lots have views over looking the water streams of Lobster Cove; others are located on small hills with views to the cove and beach.
Lot #17 Is a common area for all owners which will have a gate house, garbage collection and disposal area; storage for tools, spare parts and other items needed for the maintenance of the community. This area will also be available to keep boats and vehicles.
All lots have access to the ocean either through “Lobster Cove Ave.” or through the public road ending in Playa Hermosa also known as Chuchecal Bay. Beach access from all lots is no more than a short 3 minute walk. See video:
